Some stays are much more beautiful than others because of the selected hotel, the weather, the local food, etc. And these memories above are truly some of the best hotel room outlooks we've ever made.

And as a cherry on the cake we've had a magical Alpenglow.
Alpenglow (from German: Alpenglühen, lit. 'Alps glow'; Italian: enrosadira) is an optical phenomenon that appears as a horizontal reddish glow near the horizon opposite to the Sun when the solar disk is just below the horizon.
Our hotel was the gorgeous Alex Lake Zürich located at Thalwil, Switzerland and that's what we see when we look out of our lovely room.

During July and until now in August 2023 heavy rain comes and goes so the clouds are spectacular and you need rain-approved clothes for a walk.
Further good things were that the location wasn't crowded and the light was amazing.
The last light of the sun tried a peekaboo through heavy clouds and it was truly magical.
We finished the day with a tasty fish dinner. Live is good - isn't it?
